1. What GIFTED is
GIFTED is a software interface that helps you construct a Solana transaction which creates a token on the Pump.fun protocol with a designated on-chain “creator” address, and helps verified Instagram account owners access fees accrued to that address. GIFTED does not issue, sell, or make markets in any token.
2. Extreme risk
Memecoins are speculative, highly volatile and frequently lose all value. You may lose everything you spend. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and never spend more than you can afford to lose.
3. No affiliation
GIFTED is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Pump.fun, or any creator whose handle appears on this site. Handles are used only to designate a fee recipient. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. Creators
If a coin references your handle you may (a) verify ownership and withdraw accrued fees, or (b) request removal from GIFTED listings via the report page. On-chain tokens cannot be deleted by anyone, including us; a takedown removes the coin from our site and blocks further launches for that handle.
5. Custody
Creator vault keys are derived and held by GIFTED’s servers until withdrawn. This is a custodial arrangement for the vault balance only; we never hold launcher or buyer keys. See our security notes for details and limitations.
6. Fees
Fees are shown on the fees page and inside every transaction preview before you sign. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed.
7. Prohibited use
No impersonation, harassment, launching coins for minors, or use in jurisdictions where this activity is unlawful. We may block handles, wallets or coins at our discretion.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIFTED and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, protocol failures, wallet errors, or market movements.
